On the Democratic–Republic Upgrade of the United States of America’s Constitution
My fellow Americans,
We gather at a moment that is neither sudden nor accidental.
It is the result of a truth that has been quietly growing for generations.
America was founded on a revolutionary idea:
that the people are sovereign.
But it was also founded in a world without telephones, without the internet, without the ability for millions of citizens to meaningfully oversee their government in real time. Because of that limitation, a Republic was necessary.
That choice was not a rejection of democracy.
It was a solution to a technical problem.
That problem no longer exists.
For more than two centuries, Americans have trusted representatives to act in the public interest. Many have tried. Too many have failed.
Not because Americans are foolish —
but because power without constraint invites corruption, and discretion without accountability is eventually captured.
This is not a partisan truth.
It is a human one.
Today, we take a step that is both bold and careful.
We are not abolishing the Republic.
We are upgrading it to reflect the modern capacity of the American people to guide their government directly.
We do this not out of anger, but out of responsibility.
Not to destabilize the nation, but to secure it.
Under this new Democratic–Republic system:
The people remain sovereign.
Elected officials remain essential — as administrators, representatives, and guardians of the law.
But for the first time in American history, the people will decide which laws may exist, before those laws are debated, amended, or passed.
Not through chaos.
Not through mob rule.
But through structured, anonymous, rotating Citizen’s Law Review Committee — designed to be fair, calm, and incorruptible.
The basics of the Citizen’s Law Review Committee;
It will be comprised of 2,000 to 3,000 anonymous volunteer citizens on a rotating basis.
They will be screened and vetted, the vetting process to be created.
The Committee will be people of any Religious Beliefs or None, all Races, every Economic Status, any Sexual Orientations, political beliefs rooted in Democracy, etc.
A voting panel will consist of somewhere around 12 to 20 anonymous volunteer citizens.
Each voting panel will have two paid Attorneys to guide them legally; they will be experts on the subject matter of the proposed law before them.
The majority vote will be determined on what the majority desires needed for a law to pass, it will be based on that it serves the people equally, putting people before special interest profits. Maybe a 3/4’s vote for approval of any law. We will decide what the law will be.
If he Panel approved any law, then immediately another blind anonymous panel with go over it and if they approve of the law, then Congress can vote on it.
A submitted law for review will be a one-page synopsis. In plain understandable English.
The committee will have 48 hours to render a verdict. It will operate every day, and not 9 to 5. Time is of the essence.
Our algorithms will always be changing for selection purposes, to avoid corruption.
Our Committee will be autonomous and will have a security department with many checks and balances for honesty of our work.
No law will be hidden.
No law will be bundled.
No law will be written in language only specialists can understand.
One law. One purpose. Plain language.
If a law serves the public, it will pass.
If it serves narrow interests at public expense, it will fail.
This is not anti-business.
This is anti-exploitation.
The executive branch will return to its constitutional role.
The President will faithfully execute the law — and only the law.
No executive orders will replace legislation.
No emergencies will suspend accountability.
No agencies will write rules without public approval.
This restores balance.
It does not weaken leadership.
The courts will continue to interpret and apply the Constitution —
but they will no longer authorize illegality, immunity, or delay.
No office will shield wrongdoing.
No title will excuse crime.
No delay will erase accountability.
Justice will be timely, equal, and real.
To those who fear instability, let me say this clearly:
Corruption is instability.
Laws written for donors are instability.
Rules changed by decree are instability.
Immunity without consequence is instability.
What we are doing today replaces uncertainty with structure, discretion with rules, and power with responsibility.
To those who serve in government, we say this with respect:
You are not being replaced.
You are being supported.
You are no longer asked to resist temptation alone.
The system itself now prevents betrayal.
This protects you as much as it protects the people.
And to the American people — of every belief, party, region, and background — know this:
This system does not require perfection from you.
It requires participation.
It does not demand trust.
It earns it.
It does not promise paradise.
It promises fairness, clarity, and control.
Our Constitution begins with three words that still matter:
We the People.
Today, those words move from principle to practice.
This is not the end of America’s story.
It is the moment America finally grows into it.
