We are the rightful owners. The government is our employee. And justice is long overdue.

We, the People of the United States of America, hereby declare that:

The government is not our ruler, but our employee — hired, funded, and directed by us, the sovereign citizens of America.

For far too long, those employees have acted against our will, against our interests, and in service to corporate and financial masters who have bought the law, corrupted the courts, and captured our democracy.

The fruits of our labor have been stolen, our families buried in debt, our bodies broken by stress, and our dreams deferred — all the while; a corrupted government, protected by corrupted attorneys, enriched its donors, protected its cronies, and silenced its critics.

We have been denied the most basic human guarantees: Free health care, Free education, housing, and dignity — not because we can’t afford them, but because greed & corruption has stood in the way. Now we want the first bite of the financial rewards, not the Bankers or our corrupted Elected Officials.

Today, “We the People” Say:

✅ We are the owners of this nation — not banks, not billionaires, not politicians and not the corrupted attorneys.

✅ The American government is our employee, and our Public Servants will serve us, or be fired, or indicted, convicted and imprisoned.

✅ We grant ourselves the bonus we were always owed.

To all Future Elected Officials,

You must sign our written agreement that all Future Elected Officials are Government Employees and need to be under contract with our Political Party, herein referred to as “We the People.”

From “We The People,” To all Future Elected Officials To all future elected officials: If you want our money and our votes for you to be elected to The House, The Senate or them Presidency, or any city, county, or state elected position, you must sign our written agreement……

OFFICIAL AGREEMENT

I understand and agree that the laws that I want to propose and support in the House or Senate must be approved by the Law Review Committee of “We The People.”

I understand and agree that the laws that are proposed by others in government, that I want to support must be approved by the Law Review Committee of “We The People.”

I also understand and agree that “We The People” need me to propose for enactment into law, the laws that they want proposed and enacted by me. I accept this requirement as well.

The Law Review Committee will be comprised of Attorneys, Judges, (past and present), Lay people, ex-Elected officials, and the leaders of our Political Party. I understand that I may choose to be on the Law Review Committee as well.

I have read your Mandate, and I am up to date on all the addendums, and your proposals and I understand and agree that this is what our country needs, to operate fairly and successfully for everyone’s benefit.

I understand that whatever approval I require by “The People’s Law Review Board,” it will receive immediate attention.

If I should renege on our written agreement, then I Personally have to repay every dollar you donated to my election and immediately resign from my elected position in Government.

“We The People” only want laws that will benefit everyone equally for a better America.

Yes, understand and I agree, and this agreement will assure and insure, that our Democracy will finally become the purest beacon of freedom throughout the World. That The United States of America will be the beat Democracy in the world. With the strongest economy, and become the nicest country, and always willing to help other countries when we can.

“We The People” are not playing games. “We The People” will not tolerate any deception from any of our elected employees/officials ever again.

WE PROPOSE;

That Washington, D.C. & Puerto Rico become States, if they choose to become a State.

Free health Medicare for all, free total dental care, & all prescriptions are 100% free. No more Insurance companies, no more HMO’s, no more PPO’s, no more deductibles, no more co-pays. No Insurance company employee will lose their jobs; they can all work for the free Medicare Health system.

Free education for all from preschool through 12th grade, including universities and technical schools, but no private or religious childcare, preschool, K -12th grades, shall be paid with government funds. Government funds will pay for Childcare for those needing financial assistance, especially the poorest families from birth until 18 years of age, and open 24/7.

No more Income Taxes if you earn less than $1,000,000.00. No I.R.S. agent will lose their job.

No more Unconscionable Debt in our lives.

A stable home and no property taxes on our personal residences.

A living wage for a reasonable decent life.

We support Unions 100%.

Time to raise and care for our children, to care for our elders, to care for the children, to care for the poor, to care for the middle class, to protect the rich as well, to care for our sick, and to care for our Great Veterans.

Equal rights for everyone. We are a secular Nation. You have the Right to worship your religion, or not believe in a religion, this is a must for America to Prevail as a Democratic Country, with a Democratic Government.

A Woman’s body belongs to the Woman; The Woman, and only the Woman makes every decision about her body.

Control of our own future & spread our happiness and prosperity to the World!

Like China, America will print our money with No National Debt = No Deficit & we will retire The Federal Reserve Banking Act. America will print all the money necessary to keep our Democracy free and prosperous and keep the U.S. dollar valuable, dependable & reliable worldwide.

If an Immigrant is in the USA illegally, and if they have no weapons or violence in their history, we must allow them to apply for asylum or citizenship. For over 70 years our Government allowed and caused the immigration issue to become uncontrollable. Humanely & practicable, this is our best solution. Get caught coming over the border illegally now, means 1 year detention, then immediate deportation and no hearing.

The Republican voters are going to vote Blue in record numbers. Trump’s lying and screwing them is a major reason, but “We the People” will treat the Republicans better than the Republican party has ever treated their own party members.

“We the People” will make sure that all the Red states will Prosper, everyone will get the same health care, dental care and free prescriptions just like the Blue states.

✅ And we say never again will we be ruled by fear, trapped by excessive debt, or sold off to the highest bidder.

This is not revolution — this is our reward for developing a great Democracy and our hard work.

This is not utopia — this is justice.

This is not theory — this is what happens when the people remember they are the sovereign power in a free nation.

We are not asking.

We are not pleading.

We are restoring what is ours.

And we will never give it back.
