To all candidates and elected officials in America. We emphasize that you are still vital as America’s watchdog and mouthpiece in our proposal.
Our following proposal accomplishes two very important issues that has plagued America since its inception.
Our proposal makes it almost impossible for anyone to Bribe or Corrupt you as an elected official.
Our proposal guides and directs you, so that you know exactly what the American Citizen’s Law Review Committee’s vital input has concluded, regarding what the majority of our American Citizens want you to follow and accomplish, as their Public Servant.
You still have the responsibility to propose or want to back any law, but you will be under the direction of the cross section our American citizen’s wishes.
The sole responsibility of America’s Citizen’s Law Review Committee is to finally assure that all of our American Citizens equally, come before the profits of unconscionable business practices against our American Civilization, and that no law shall unduly favor anyone because of their age, race, religion, sexual orientation, economic status, occupation, business, ideology, birthright or any other known or unknown equation over another, anywhere on Planet Earth.

AMERICA’S FOUNDING ADDRESS AMENDMENT TO OUR U.S. CONSTITUTION
On the Democratic–Republic Upgrade of the United States of America’s Constitution
My fellow Americans,
We gather at a moment that is neither sudden nor accidental.
It is the result of a truth that has been quietly growing for generations.
America was founded on a revolutionary idea: that the people are sovereign.
But it was also founded in a world without telephones, without the internet, without the ability for millions of citizens to meaningfully oversee their government in real time. Because of that limitation, a Republic was necessary.
That choice was not a rejection of democracy.
It was a solution to a technical problem.
That problem no longer exists.
For more than two centuries, Americans have trusted representatives to act in the public interest. Many have tried. Too many have failed.
Not because Americans are foolish — but because power without constraint invites corruption, and discretion without accountability is eventually captured.
This is not a partisan truth.
It is a human one.
Today, we take a step that is both bold and careful.
We are not abolishing the Republic.
We are upgrading it to reflect the modern capacity of the American people to guide their government directly.
We do this not out of anger, but out of responsibility.
Not to destabilize the nation, but to secure it.
Under this new Democratic–Republic system:
The people remain sovereign.
Elected officials remain essential — as administrators, representatives, and guardians of the law. They are our Watchdogs and Mouthpieces
But for the first time in American history, the people will decide which laws may exist, before those laws are debated, amended, or passed.
Not through chaos.
Not through mob rule.
But through structured, anonymous, rotating Citizen’s Law Review Committees — that are designed to be fair, calm, and incorruptible.
The basics of the Citizen’s Law Review Committees.
They will be comprised of as many different Committee’s that are needed, each one having its own expert attorneys and experts in the field that any Committee will be reviewing.
This will ensure that each facet of any topic of all the different facets of life in America have the correct legal experts and specific experts, so we get it correct the first time.
Each Committee will be comprised of 2,000 to 3,000 anonymous volunteer citizens on a rotating basis.
They will be screened and vetted, the vetting process will have to be determined.
The Committees will be comprised of only citizens that realize that we are a secular nation, with no National Religion, and there will never be a National Religion.
The Committees will have Citizens of all Races, of every Economic Status, with any education, of any Sexual Orientations, and all the Citizens political beliefs are rooted in only the USA being a Democracy, that believes in Capitalism, with no inflation and no unconscionable pricing of goods and services.
A voting panel will possibly consist of somewhere between 12 to 20 anonymous volunteer citizens.
Each voting panel will have two paid Attorneys to guide them legally; there will be two paid Experts on the subject matter of the proposed law before them. Everyone must realize that we are restructuring a new Capitalism, that balances everyone’s need to prevail.
The majority vote will be determined on what the majority decides, for a law to pass, it will be based on that it serves the people equally, putting people before special interest and unconscionable profits. Possibly the majority will be 3/4’s vote for approval of any law. We will decide what the percentage will be.
If the Panel approves any law, then immediately another blind anonymous panel with go over it and if they approve of the law, then Congress can vote on it.
A submitted law for review will be a one-page synopsis. In plain understandable English.
The committee will have 48 hours to render a verdict. It will operate every day, and not 9 to 5. Time is of the essence.
Our algorithms will always be changing for selection purposes, to avoid corruption.
Our Committee will be autonomous and will have a security department with many checks and balances for honesty of our work.
No law will be hidden. No law will be bundled. No law will be written in language only specialists can understand.
One law. One purpose. Plain language.
If a law serves the public, it will pass.
If it serves narrow interests at public expense, it will fail.
This is not anti-business.
This is anti-exploitation.
The executive branch will return to its constitutional role.
The President will faithfully execute the law — and only the law.
No executive orders will replace legislation.
No emergencies will suspend accountability.
No agencies will write rules without public approval.
This restores balance.
It does not weaken leadership.
The courts will continue to interpret and apply the Constitution — but they will no longer authorize illegality, immunity, or delay.
No office will shield wrongdoing.
No title will excuse crime.
No delay will erase accountability.
Justice will be timely, equal, and real.
To those who fear instability, let me say this clearly: Corruption is instability. Laws written for donors are instability. Rules changed by decree are instability. Immunity without consequence is instability.
What we are doing today replaces uncertainty with structure, discretion with rules, and power with responsibility.
To those who serve in government, we say this with respect: You are not being replaced. You are being supported. You are no longer asked to resist temptation alone.
The system itself now prevents betrayal.
This protects you as much as it protects the people.
And to the American people — of every belief, party, region, and background — know this: This system does not require perfection from you.
It requires participation.
It does not demand trust.
It earns it.
It does not promise paradise.
It promises fairness, clarity, and control.
Our Constitution begins with three words that still matter:
We the People.
Today, those words move from principle to practice.
This is not the end of America’s story.
It is the moment America finally grows into it.
